Ikon is a private Institute of Higher Education focused on Art Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Counselling, and Psychotherapy. Our purpose is to propel individuals towards life-altering futures. We do this by fostering curiosity and self-development through meaningful learning experiences.

About the role
We are looking for casual lecturers (Trimester 1 2025 start) to join our growing Early Childhood Education faculty and deliver classes in the evening.
Our delivery campus is located in the busy and vibrant Melbourne CBD, within walkable distance of the Southern Cross railway station.
Reporting to the Head of School, you have the opportunity to provide an exciting and engaging learning experience to our students, with the primary duties being teaching and assessing students.
About you
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about teaching and delivering an enriching learning experience. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to facilitate face-to-face as well as online learning.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are able to work in a team within a dynamic environment.
